Inspired by a very special follower, friend, and family member...I hope all of you Mommies or Mommies to be, are encouraged by my new "Mommy Moments" section, that you are not alone!! And thank God we are not! We can't do it alone! We need one another, it STILL takes a community to raise children, and most of all, we need to be able to laugh at our own parenting saga's!! May these little stories of Mommy Moments I occassionally share from either my own experience or that of a reader, spur you forward as you Walk In Victory Over the HARDEST JOB ON EARTH!!
Letters to Santa & One Little Real Life Elf: (A Mommy Moment from Jennifer Fox)
On my to-do list today? To mail this letter to Santa that Belle provided me with before leaving for school today. On her wish list? A REAL LIFE ELF THAT SHE CAN PLAY WITH!!!! Hmmm...how am I gonna pull this one off??!! Why can't she just request NORMAL toys like all other kids??!! :) By the looks of Joy's "bangs" right now, perhaps I could convince her that a professional dog grooming kit may be a more appropriate & useful request in the future when she & Lola Grace play "PET SALON!" :) :) :) I'm embarrassed to even walk her in public until her new "look" grows out a bit! ;) Hence, why my neighbors will witness me cracking my front door, hiding behind it and pushing Joy out, whispering to her, "Joy, go potty!" :)
